The Great Hall
The Great Hall was inspired by the ancient Inns of Court in London, and is designed for large meetings and gatherings. It opens directly out to an expansive outdoor terrace with city views. The space can be configured classroom-style for about 130 people or with theatre seating for 200. It has an adjacent catering pantry and can accommodate 300 for a standing reception or 150 for seated meal service.
The Terrace is a lovely multi-tiered and landscaped space with expansive views of Albany and surrounding areas. The large main level is easy to access and can accommodate a tent to weatherproof your event. It is also adjacent to the Great Hall, Peck Room and Cromwell Room.
The Peck Room
The Peck Room is a large executive conference room that can accommodate up to 26 around a single rectangular table or 50 with additional side seating. One-of-a-kind murals on the walls depict panoramic autumn views of Albany circa 1876 - the year the New York State Bar Association was founded.
The Cromwell Room
The Cromwell Room is a more intimate boardroom-style setting, decorated in the Federal style and overlooking Academy Park, with a seating capacity of 12 around a rectangular table or 20 with additional side seating.
Jenny's Parlor features intimate front and back parlor rooms, looking much as they did in the 1880s when Elk Street was known as Quality Row. This space can accommodate up to 60 for a standing reception or 44 for dining. Because of the historical nature of the space, technology options are limited.
